Wayne Thad Forehand, 65, of Hertford, died December 28, 2022 at his son’s residence. He was born in Elizabeth City on January 14, 1957.

Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on January 7, 2023 at Twiford Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters, P. O. Box 2156, Norfolk, VA  23507.
