Robert Howard Cotton Jr., 79, of Coinjock, died January 17, 2023 at Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital.  He was born in Franklin, Va. on February 24, 1943 and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on January 23 at Sharon United Methodist Church in Poplar Branch with burial at Laurel Memorial Gardens.
