William Phillip “Bill” Davis passed away on Monday, February 27, 2023 in Chandler Arizona. He was the son of Miles (Wink) Davis and Margaret Meads Davis, husband of Cathy Davis and brother of Miles W. Davis Jr. and Jerry A. Davis, all of Kitty Hawk.

He was born on September 10, 1941 in Norfolk, Va. and lived most of his life on the Outer Banks of NC.

A celebration of life will be held at Black Pelican Restaurant in Kitty Hawk on April 23, 2023 from 1 to 3 p.m.
