Currituck County 4-H will host three clinics to help youth prepare for the 2023 Horse Show season, with particular emphasis on the 2023 District and State 4-H Horse Shows. The clinics offered will provide instruction in all western and hunter events and participants will rotate through small group classes focused on a specific topic. Registered participants will also have the opportunity to identify specific areas for which they would like to have help on the class agenda. Clinics will be held March 25, April 15 and May 13, 2023 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the Currituck County Rural Center 184 Milburn Sawyer Road in Powells Point.

Participants will have the option of bringing their horse and participating in the small group classes or they can choose to attend without a horse and audit the instruction. All participating youth must be enrolled in 4-H and any youth auditing the activities must be accompanied by an adult. Go to https://v2.4honline.com/. Clinics will be offered at no charge and will be held in the indoor arena rain or shine.
