Robert Deyo McBride, of Frisco, proposes to set one pound net in Scott’s Creek in Pamlico Sound in Dare County.
This set will be for finfish and will be about 725 yards with two pounds; proposed set #PN202303.
Public comments relative to the proposed pound net set must be received prior to April 23, 2023. If it is deemed necessary, the fisheries director may hold a public meeting after the comment period has ended to take additional public comment on the proposed pound net set.
