Jennette’s Pier hosted three representatives from the North Carolina Division of Marine Fisheries Friday morning, May 12 to share information about ethical angling.

Pictured are Marine Patrol Officer Sgt. Eddie Mann, Kevin Aman, an ear bone specialist, and Amanda K. Macek, a sport fishing specialist.

Anglers asked plenty of questions and this team explained important aspects of catch and release techniques that enable fish to recover quickly after being released.

They were scheduled to return Saturday as well.
