North Carolina Marine Fisheries Proclamation SF-1-2024 closed commercial harvest of oysters by mechanical methods from public bottom in accordance with the N.C. Oyster Fishery Management Plan Amendment 4.
The effective time and date were 2 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 12, 2024.
