Agnes Parker Armstrong, 93, of Elizabeth City, died July 8, 2024 at Elizabeth City Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Elizabeth City on November 13, 1930.
Graveside service was held July 11. Memorial donations may be made to Symons Creek Tabernacle, 463 Meadstown Road, Elizabeth City, NC 27909 or Bagley Swamp Wesleyan Church, 402 Bagley Swamp Road, Hertford, NC 27944.
