Janet Louise Pikovsky Daum Bierce, 81, of Moyock, born January 21, 1943 in Johnstown, Pa., died July 23, 2024 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

Mass of Christian burial will be held at 2 p.m. on August 2 at St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, Maple. Visitation will be held from 6–7:30 p.m. on August 1, 2024 at Twiford Memorial Chapel. She will be laid to rest at Moyock Memorial Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church, 154 Maple Road, Maple, NC 27956 or to the Moyock Public Library, 126 Campus Drive, Moyock, NC 27058.
