Horse Play, shown here, with captain Ryan Keany, mates Josh Wiley and Robbie Killey and their anglers, took first place in the Dare County Boat Builders Tournament. Second place went to Fistful and third went to Trophy Hunter. For more information about the Dare County Boat Builders Foundation and its work, go to dcbbf.org.
