Frank Wayne Poyner, 76, of Coinjock, born on July 4, 1948 in Currituck, died August 11, 2024 at Sentara Leigh Hospital. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Graveside service will take place at 2 p.m. on August 17 at Hampton Cemetery, Waterlilly Road, Coinjock. Visitation will be held at Twiford Memorial Chapel on August 16 from 5 to 6:30 p.m.
