It is with great sadness the family of Audrey Mae Farrow of Avon, North Carolina announce her passing on Monday September 23, 2024. She peacefully passed away at Outer Banks Hospital surrounded by her family. She was 77 years old.

Audrey loved her church and served as a past lay leader for St. John United Methodist Church in Avon, North Carolina. She taught throughout the years as a Sunday school teacher for the young adult and later the adult class. She shared her love of music by singing in the choir at church and serving faithfully as the narrator for the Christmas pageant at St. John.

Audrey was an active volunteer whenever she was needed at the church; also, Audrey always had a hug for all and she knew no strangers. Her positive attitude, twinkling eyes, warm hugs, and ready laugh were well known by her friends and family.
