James Elvin O’Neal

James Elvin O’Neal, 66, of Ocracoke, died December 9, 2024 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. He was born October 7, 1958 in Philadelphia, Pa. and was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard.

Memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on December 18 at Ocracoke United Methodist Church. Memorial donations to be made to the Ocracoke Volunteer Fire Department or the Ocracoke Working Waterman’s Association.
