Currituck County High School once again hit the mark in sharing their hearts with first graders.

“This semester, we wrote books for 60 first graders from the classes of Mrs. O’Donnell, Mrs. Egan and Mrs. White,” stated a CCHS post. “The #RootedInLove CPB continues to challenge seniors in literacy that requires writing effectively to a precise audience but even more so, connecting to the heart of a child.

“All the students enjoyed seeing all that is offered at CCHS,” the CCHS post continued. “Many thanks to faculty and staff as well as community members and alumni for mentoring this semester’s seniors.”
