Manns Harbor, NC – Barrett Thomas Jones, the cherished son of Christi Joyce Jones and Brent Thomas Jones, was born on November 11, 2022. He passed away tragically on December 12, 2024, in Manteo, NC, at the tender age of 2 years.

Though his life was brief, Barrett brought immense joy and love to all who knew him. His bright spirit will forever be remembered by his loving parents, Christi and Brent; maternal grandmother, Donna Harrelson; maternal grandfather, Ronald Lovick; paternal grandmother, Vanessa Locklear; maternal uncle, Michael Lovick (Crystal); and his paternal aunts, Myra Mills (Otara) and Nikki Riach (Brian).

Barrett was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Frank Jones, and his maternal uncle, Marc Lovick.

A memorial service to honor Barrett’s life will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, February 22, 2025 at Manteo First Assembly. Family and friends are invited to gather and share memories one hour prior to the service.

In this time of profound grief, Barrett’s family extends their heartfelt gratitude to everyone for their support and prayers. May the memory of Barrett Thomas Jones continue to light our hearts with his innocent joy and love.
