Boating safety class set for Saturday

A one-day Boat America certified safety class is set for Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Southern Shores Fire Station, located at 15 Dogwood Trail S. in Southern Shores.

The class will be taught by U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary OBX certified instructors. Cost is $30 and includes all materials, exam and refreshments; $25 each for additional family members.
