Beginning beekeeping series to be held in person and online

Are you interested in starting out with honey beekeeping? Or updating your beekeeping knowledge? Join us for our 2025 Beginning Beekeeping Series. We will begin with four online sessions on Mondays at 7 p.m. via Zoom (March 17, 24, 31 and April 7). Three in-person, hands-on sessions will be held at the Currituck and Hertford County offices. Tentative dates for these sessions are April 2, 16 and 30.

Dates may be adjusted based on honey bee package shipping dates and weather.
