Powerball jackpot grows to $335 million for Monday night’s drawing

The North Carolina Education Lottery has reported that the Powerball jackpot continues to grow and now stands at $335 million for the Monday, March 10, 2025 drawing.

A winner Monday night could claim the jackpot as a $335 million annuity or $157.3 million in cash.

Even though the jackpot remains up for grabs, North Carolina players continue to win lots of prizes playing Powerball. More than 21,000 lucky tickets won prizes in Saturday’s drawing.

“As the jackpot grows, so does the excitement among Powerball players,” said Terri Rose, chief brand officer of the N.C. Education Lottery. “We would love to see the run end tonight with a jackpot win in North Carolina.”

  • 21,396: That’s the total number of winning tickets in North Carolina in Saturday’s Powerball drawing.
  • $6.1 million: That’s the estimate of how much money has been raised for education in North Carolina during the current Powerball run.

Players can buy Powerball tickets at any lottery retail location or through Online Play on the lottery’s website, nclottery.com. The odds of winning the Powerball jackpot are 1 in 292 million.
