A Wind Advisory is the third. That advisory is in place from 10 p.m. Monday to 10 a.m. Tuesday morning. North winds 25 to 35 miles per hour with gusts up to 50 miles per hour are predicted. This advisory is issued for Hatteras and Ocracoke islands and Downeast Carteret County.
