A gathering to celebrate Patrick’s life will be held from 4-6 p.m. on March 29 at Twiford Funeral Homes – Outer Banks Chapel. Following the service, a reception will take place at the Fraternal Order of Eagles #4506 Club. Memorial donations may be made to Brenda Barks Animal Rescue (110 Soundside Est.
