Dare County’s Capital Improvements Planning Committee will meet Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 9 a.m. in Room 168 of the Dare County Administration Building, located at 954 Marshall C. Collins Drive in Manteo.

The committee will discuss the guaranteed maximum price from Barnhill Contracting Company for the Dare County Early College and the preconstruction contract for phase III new construction and will consider any other matters to come before the committee.

Previous CIPC minutes will also be reviewed for approval.
