John Luther Douglas Roughton (Douglas), 86, of Kitty Hawk, died May 22, 2025 at home. Doug was born in Elizabeth City on September 22, 1938.
Celebration of life will be held June 1 at 2 p.m. in his home in Kitty Hawk.
