The group that organized Manteo’s first flower crawl for Mother’s Day has expressed thanks to participants.

“On behalf of the Manteo Merchants and the organizing team, we want to extend a heart-felt ‘Thank you’ to all that participated in the first annual Manteo Merchants Mother’s Day Flower Crawl, which was held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 10 AM to 4 PM in the heart of historic downtown Manteo,” stated a news release from the group.

“There was so much support and engagement that helped make the event a joyful celebration of community, creativity, and appreciation for the amazing mothers and mother figures in our lives.  We were thrilled to see the town blooming with smiles, laughter, and, of course, beautiful flowers at every shop.”
