Lloyd Armstrong returned to the Town of Columbia Board of Aldermen June 6 after being appointed to fill a vacancy on the town board. He was appointed by the Board of Aldermen during its regularly scheduled June 2 meeting.

Armstrong previously served on the board from December, 2015 to June 2024.
