James C. Hook

James Clark Hook, 76, of Columbia, died on Saturday, July 14 at Chesapeake Regional Health Center in Virginia.

Born in Neenah, Wisconsin on July 5, 1942, he was the son of the late Clark Theodore and Marion Fable Hook.  He was married to the former Celia Ann Hewett, who survives.  He was a retired chemical engineer with Exxon Corporation.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 6 in the Columbia Chapel of Bryan Funeral Service.

The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service.

Surviving in addition to his wife are five sons, James Clark Hook, Jr., Carl Theodore Barker-Hook, Marshall Philip Hook, Carey Alexander Hook and Morgan Webster Hook; a sister, Mary Kay Hook-Kohut and twelve grandchildren.

Arrangements are by Bryan Funeral Service, Columbia Chapel.
