Steven D. Mitchell

Steven Duane Mitchell, 62, of Kill Devil Hills died Friday, October 5.

Born in Clarksburg, W.V. on December 27, 1955, he was the son of the late Orma Young Mills and Johnny Mitchell.

Steven is survived by his brother, Matthew Mitchell; nephew, Sonny Mitchell; former sister-in-law, Anna Mitchell; step-niece, Rachel Taylor; and step-nephew, David Taylor.

Plans for a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
