Swan Quarter VFD to hold fried shrimp fundraiser

The Swan Quarter Volunteer Fire Department will hold a fried shrimp fundraising lunch and dinner on Saturday, April 6, from 11:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. at the station.

Fried fish, buttered potatoes, coleslaw, hushpuppies, dessert and ice tea are included. Plates are $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12.

This event was originally planned for March 30. The date change coincides with the grand reopening of the MATTIE Arts Center, also happening in the village on April 6.
