YORK, PA – Alicia Bideaux Weiland, 78, passed away Saturday, February 3.

A native of Meadville, PA; she graduated from Meadville High School, Erie Commercial College and member of The Beta Sigma Phi International Sorority. She retired from a State Farm. She spent many years as a volunteer with the Aspire, PA & SHIP, NC guiding seniors with Medicare needs.

She sang with the Sweet Adeline’s, Greater Harrisburg Chorus for many years. A member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles #4506. She and Ed spent many happy years together at their vacation home in the OBX. She attended the Colington Methodist Church in Kill Devil Hills, NC with her family of friends.

She leaves to mourn her devoted husband of 52 years, Edward Anthony Weiland, two sons and one daughter, E. David Weiland, Darren A. Weiland and Sharon W. McCallum and five grand-children, David, Samuel, Natalie, Ian and Renee. She also leaves numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends. Preceded by her parents late Marjorie Whitely and Charles Orville Bideaux and her brother, Rev. Rene Bideaux. She will be missed and loved forever.
