VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – Linda Jennette Midgette, 63, of Virginia Beach, VA died Thursday, March 15, 2018, at A native of Hatteras, NC, Linda was born May 15, 1954, to the late Linda J. Burrus Midgette and Edward B. Midgette.

Linda is survived by her brother, Wayne Midgette and wife, Betsy of Buxton; a niece, Monica Midgette of Kitty Hawk; a nephew, Scott Midgette and wife, Tarra of Kitty Hawk; one great-niece; and three great-nephews.

Along with her parents, Linda was preceded in death by a daughter, Marcy Oden; and a brother, Michael Boyd Midgette.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo with Rev. Ken Davenport officiating. Burial will take place at Manteo Cemetery.
