Medicare information session scheduled

Currituck’s Center for North Carolina Cooperative Extension is presenting a “Welcome to Medicare and Medicare Supplemental” information session on April 12 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Currituck County Public Library in Corolla, located at 1123 Ocean Trail.

This program is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about Medicare, even those persons who are already on Medicare. Information to be covered will include Medicare basic benefits, supplemental plans, prescription drug plans, and Medicare Advantage plans.

Registration deadline for this program is April 9. Registration is available online at http://go.ncsu.edu/medicare2018, or call Currituck’s Extension Center at (252) 232-2261.
