Carson Berry Copeland

WINDSOR, NC – Carson Berry Copeland, 77 died Tuesday, March 27. He was born in Bertie County August 31, 1940 to the late William Roger and Edna Earl White Copeland and was pre-deceased by two brothers Billy and Darden Copeland.  He was a member of Askewville Baptist Church and the Windsor Veteran’s Club.

Funeral Services were held Friday March 30, at Askewville Baptist Church.  Rev. Zackary Hicks will officiate.  Burial followed  in Edgewood Cemetery in Windsor, NC.

Survivors include his daughter, Amy Hall (Brandon) of Oak City; sons, Kevin Copeland (Carol) of Manns Harbor and Keith Copeland of Manteo; five grandchildren, Dustin Stalls (Fiancé Brooke Freeman), Rachel Hall, Seth Hall, Brittany Copeland and Amber Copeland; two great Grandchildren, River Dismore and Lexi Stalls; two sister, Paige Myers (Bobby) of Whites Cross and Melba Cobb (Braxton) of Merry Hill; brother Sidney Copeland (Carolyn) of Hexlena.  Carson also left behind many nieces and nephews and a special friend Opel Kehayes.
