Moyock open house set for April 17

Currituck County invites citizens to attend a Moyock open house on April 17 to discuss a variety of topics important to the Moyock community.

This public meeting will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in the gymnasium at Moyock Elementary School. Citizens may drop in during this time frame to meet with county government and school district personnel.

Information stations will be set up to allow citizens an opportunity to easily discuss each topic with county staff. Topics will include the following:

–Currituck station

–Economic development

–Emergency services

–Moyock park

–Public utilities

–Schools

–Storm water management
