Constance Sue Rogers, 75, of Kill Devil Hills, passed away on July 19, 2018 at the Outer Banks Hospital. Connie was born on June 27, 1943 in Woodstock, VA.  She was the daughter of Roger and Elizabeth Tucker Sherman.  She was raised in Winchester, Virginia and moved to Kill Devil Hills over 30 years ago and considered the Outer Banks her home.

She is survived by two sons, Guy Rogers (Mistie) of Winchester, and Larry (Ray) Rogers (Audrey) of Tampico, Illinois.  One granddaughter, Erin M. Rogers of Boone, Iowa and a brother Richard Sherman (Sandi) of Hamilton, Virginia.  She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.  In addition to her parents, Connie is preceded in death by a brother Daniel Sherman (Patricia).

Connie was an avid bowler and enjoyed traveling with her league to compete.  She was a friend to many who will deeply miss her.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, consider a donation in her honor to your local hospice.
