No school tomorrow for Manteo, KDH, Nags Head, Kitty Hawk
“Due to flooding concerns in several neighborhoods and roads throughout the county,” Dare public schools will be closed on Tuesday, Sept. 18 for students who attend schools in Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head and Manteo. It will be an optional teacher workday for teachers at those schools.
Schools in Cape Hatteras will re-open tomorrow.
Schools have been closed since Tuesday, Sept. 11 due to Hurricane Florence.
