Carolyn Sue Burch White

Carolyn Sue Burch White, 90, of Plymouth, died Tuesday, February 19, 2019, at Roanoke Landing in Plymouth.

Born December 17, 1928 in Pittsylvania County, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Oscar Burch and Janie Celestia Easley Burch. Carolyn was a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church.

Survivors include husband Bennett Briggs “Pat” White Sr. of Plymouth; sons Bennett B. White Jr. and wife April of Bogart, Ga. and David E. White of Midlothian, Va.; brother Louis Edward Burch of Greensboro; grandchildren Bryan K. White, Maxx D. White and Matthew B. White and two great-grandchildren.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, February 23 at 1 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Reverend Jimmy Hagwood officiating. Family will receive friends on Saturday at the church following the service and other times at the residence. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Baptist Church or Amedisys Foundation.

Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth.
