Community invited to grand opening, dedication of Casey R. Logan Disc Golf Course

The Town of Kill Devil Hills has extended an invitation for the community to join them for the grand opening and dedication of the Casey R. Logan Disc Golf Course today, Saturday, March 30.

The ceremony will begin at 1 p.m. and will include a welcome speech from Mayor Sheila Davies, guest speakers, a ribbon cutting, a special first throw and refreshments.

Parking is available at First Flight Middle School, located at 109 Veterans Dr. in Kill Devil Hills. A shuttle will be available to transport guests to the course at the following times: noon, 12:15 p.m., 12:30 p.m. and 12:45 p.m. The shuttle will be available until 3 p.m. to take guests back to their vehicles. It is about a half mile walk from the course to the parking lot.
