Donna L. Ganley, 71, of Kill Devil Hills, formerly of Upper St. Clair, Pa., died April 23, 2019.  Born on October 20, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Ann Hudak. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Charles Ganley and sisters Kathryn Hudak and Joanne Quinn.

She is survived by one sister, eight grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Prior to her retirement in December 2018, she assisted banks with their compliance needs from her own business, Ganley Compliance Consulting.  In July 2011, she made the decision to escape the cold winters of Pennsylvania and enjoy beach living.
