Anne Bruce Tolson, 82, of Frisco, died April 27, 2019. She was preceded in death by her first husband Leonard Howell and her late husband Solon “Buddy” Tolson. She is survived by sons Douglas Howell and Charles Howell and granddaughter Caroline Howell.

Anne was born September 24, 1936, in Binghamton, New York and spent her childhood at the Brickhouse in Vermont, and exploring New York City with her late parents Carol Bruce and Robert Bruce. Anne moved to North Carolina after marrying to build a family and settle down, eventually retiring to Hatteras Island, where she loved walks on the beach and caring for her family.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
