Jean Phelps Ange, 81, of Roper, died May 1, 2019 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.

Funeral service will be held May 6 at 2 p.m. at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth with Thomas Biggs and Rev. Sue Farlow officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends on May 6 from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Masonic Home For Children in Oxford, NC 27565 or charity of one’s choice.
