Randolph Vaden Tolley, 73, of Manteo, died May 1, 2019 in Chesapeake, Va. “Randy,” as he was best known, retired after many years of hard work at the Wanchese Seafood Industrial Park.

Randy’s survivors include wife Susan Tolley of the residence; sons Warren Cressel and Alex Cressel, both of Manteo, Sean Bamman of Richmond, Va. and Jeremy Morton of Manteo; sister Theresa Tolley of Florida; brother Larry Tolley of North Carolina; several grandchildren and a host of in-laws, extended family members and friends.

The family will honor Randy’s wishes for cremation and plans are pending for a memorial gathering at Jeannette’s Pier in Nags Head.
