Johnnie Franklin Nixon, 68, of Kill Devil Hills, died May 17, 2019, at Sentara Nursing Center – Currituck.

Born in Pasquotank County on June 17, 1950, he was the son of the late Cora Rebecca White Nixon and Otha Rudolph Nixon.

Johnnie is survived by his wife, Susan Brickhouse Nixon.

In keeping with his wishes, there will be no service at this time.
