Jeffery Lee Phelps, 55, of Roper, died June 4, 2019, at Chesapeake Regional Hospital in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Funeral service will be held on June 8 at 2 p.m. at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth with Reverend Royce Reynolds officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with expenses.
