Tony Ray Seibel, 61, died June 8 in Manteo. Tony is survived by son Gabriel Beauchot, daughter Berkeley Beauchot, mother Carroll Quenneville, brother Kelly Seibel, sister Tracy Seibel and best friend Julie Beauchot.

Tony traveled the country as a construction superintendent and had a true devotion to his work. He had a love for the beach and always returned to be at peace. There are no plans for services. The family is paying private last respects to Tony. Special thanks to Gallop Funeral Services and first responders in the town of Manteo for their assistance and compassion.
