Virginia J. Eubank, 92, of Kill Devil Hills, died peacefully at a local nursing facility on June 9, 2019.

A precious gift to her family, her ever-present warm smile and outgoing personality endeared her to many. Virginia loved following the busy activities of her three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren while filling her days as an avid reader and lover of early American period novels.

She was married for 63 years to her husband, Clarence “Duke” Eubank, who preceded her in death. Survivors include sons Michael and wife Peggy Eubank, Kevin and wife Cindy Eubank, grandchildren Elliott Eubank, Maranatha Kelly and Leah Mckinney.

Following cremation, a private family graveside service is planned for a later date.
