Arnetta Marie Taylor Mintz, 72, of Manteo, died July 20, 2019, at Peak Resources – Outer Banks. Born in Chapel Oaks, Md. on December 18, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Oleona Simmons Taylor and Herman Taylor Sr.

She was a faithful member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Nags Head and loved to shop QVC.

Survivors include daughter Rockelle Price; sons Donnell Fitzgerald Mintz Sr. (Nicole) and Hercules Mintz Jr.; grandchildren Tyler Donnell Mintz and Taylor Ashley Carrie Mintz; sisters Grace McNair and Oleona Taylor; brothers Robert Taylor, Herman Taylor Jr., Darrell Taylor and Noran Taylor; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband Hercules Emmanuel Mintz Sr.; son Earl Mintz; grandson Donnell Mintz Jr.; sisters Gwen Taylor and Jean White; and brothers John Daniels Jr. and Delton Simmons Sr.

A funeral will be held at 11 a.m. on July 27 at Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo with a graveside committal following at Haven Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends and relatives prior to the service beginning at 9 a.m.
