Manteo Rotary scholarship recipients celebrated

The Manteo Rotary Club’s Annual Scholarship Recipients Dinner was held on Monday, July 15 at the Dare County Arts Council building. Twelve Manteo High School graduates were awarded scholarships from the Manteo Rotary Club.
