Emily Noel Ritenour, 23, of Kill Devil Hills, died in Greenville on August 23, 2019.

Emily was the daughter of the late David Ritenour and Karen Ritenour, and little sister to Sara Ritenour of Columbia, SC. In addition to her mother and sister, Emily is survived by her grandparents, Marlene and George Stiefelmeyer of Gainesville, Va., several aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members and her friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on August 28 at Twiford Colony Chapel, 500 Budleigh Street in Manteo officiated by Roy Riddick.

In lieu of flowers, the family gratefully suggests that memorial donations in Emily’s memory be made to the charity of their choosing.
