The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce will hold a Special Business After Hours and Annual Meeting on Oct. 3 at Paparazzi OBX in Kitty Hawk.

The meeting will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The chamber will recognize award winners and pass the gavel. Food, a full cash bar and music by DJ Buster Nunemaker are part of the event.
