Funnel cake fundraiser benefits bell project

The Swan Quarter Volunteer Fire Department will be selling funnel cakes in conjunction with Christmas in the Quarter on Saturday, December 14 starting at 3 p.m. at the station, located at 25 Oyster Creek Road.
The funnel cakes will be $5 each. All proceeds will go towards the Hyde County Courthouse Bell Project.
Many other family activities are scheduled by other organizations for the evening, which will follow the parade that begins at 5 p.m.
