Commercial oyster harvest by mechanical methods closes Monday

North Carolina Marine Fisheries Proclamation SF-1-2020 closes the commercial harvest of oysters from public bottom by mechanical methods.

The proclamation is effective at sunrise, Monday, Jan. 6, 2020.

The closure action is taken in accordance with the North Carolina Oyster Fishery Management Plan Amendment 4.
